Jason leads Arlington Group’s work with financial and breakaway advisors, helping them evaluate opportunities, design transition strategies, and navigate the personal and business trade-offs that come with every move.

With more than 20 years of experience in wealth management recruiting and business development at leading U.S. firms along with Fortune 500 financial services experience he brings a deep understanding of the industry and the decisions advisors face.

Jason combines that institutional perspective with a people-first approach. Advisors work with him to gain clarity, stay in control of their options, and move forward with confidence at every stage of their journey.

Raylene brings over 10 years of experience in advisor transitions, consulting, and engagement across the wealth management industry.

She began her career managing independent advisor moves and quickly became a go-to resource for complex transitions, supporting teams in transferring more than $1B in AUM to new platforms.

At Arlington Group, Raylene designs and leads advisor-centric transition experiences that minimize disruption, protect client relationships, and help teams build momentum quickly in their new environment.
